The team confirms which tables are still free on that date and what each one includes.

You approve and pay
We send a written summary of inclusions, arrival deadline and payment terms. Your table is held once payment clears.

Arrive and be met
Your host has your name, your table is ready and your bottles are already chilling.

- Guests on a table list skip the general queue and are met at the door by your host.

- Premium spirits include mixers and soft drinks for the length of your booking.

- Secure coat and bag drop for your party, open for the full evening.

- Your booth or banquette is yours for the night; nobody is seated over it after you leave.

Before you come.
A few house points that make the evening run smoothly for you and everyone else in the room.
- Age & ID
- 18 and over. Bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or Proof of Age) for everyone in your party.
- Arrival deadline
- Tables are held until the arrival time on your confirmation. Come later and your host will reseat you where they can.
- Dress code
- Smart and considered. No sportswear, tracksuits or football shirts on signature nights.
- Re-entry
- Not guaranteed; it depends on how busy the room is. Your host can advise on the night.
- Payment
- Card or bank transfer in advance. We confirm the exact terms in writing before you pay anything.
- Accessibility
- Tell us what you need when you book and we'll plan arrival, seating and facilities with you.
